The design is really something special, blending elegance with comfort. My room offered a nice view of the inner garden, and the bathroom was spacious with a great bathtub. Location-wise, it's just a couple of minutes from the station

Ope, the bed was super comfy and the wooden design. Just a hop, skip, and jump to the train station and some great little eats nearby! The folks there were real friendly, too. Wish breakfast had a tad more variety, but don'tcha know it still hit the spot!

My room included an electronic key card, flat-screen TV, and a study table. The hotel was in a marvellous location, close to the Kamakura station. Besides, it was not far from eateries, the main shrine, and the center of Kamakura.

Metropolitan in Kamakura is awesome! Super modern vibes, comfy beds, and a nice spacious layout. Just a hop to the train station, but breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Couple suitable for a short stay

The staff who checked me in were impressively professional and spoke English well. The hotel had a Muji store right below, great for picking up some snacks and supplies.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but manageable.

The location is convenient, with just a short walk to the train station and close to Kamakura's famous sites, perfect for exploring the area!

The breakfast at the MUJI restaurant could benefit from a wider selection, as it felt a bit limited .

I was almost going to give a good review, but the reception staff was great. The so-called reading light hilariously illuminated nothing useful for reading! I expected to receive premium treatment, but clearly, this hotel can't manage special requests. Disappointing, indeed.

The metropolitan had a great location, just a short walk from the train station. Our superior double room was spacious enough for three. The daily replenished amenities were thoughtful, and the bed was super comfy. We especially loved the cozy kids' toiletries in the room!

Modern hotel, comfortable room, with a great layout that included a tv and air conditioning, making my stay very enjoyable and relaxing while being just a couple of minutes away from the train station for easy access to explore the area.

We loved the cozy amenities in our room, especially the special kids' toiletries! The location is perfect for quick access to Kamakura's beautiful sites, with the shrine path right at our doorstep. The kids enjoyed the relaxing patches and cute slippers.

For dads, it would be great if the coffee machine was available all day.
